Our weight and serving estimates are as follows -
4kgs - 4.90kgs (9 - 11Ibs serves approx 4 - 5)
5kgs - 5.90kgs (11 - 13Ibs serves approx 5 - 6)
6kgs - 6.90kgs (13 - 15Ibs serves approx 6 - 7)
7kgs - 7.90kgs (15 - 17Ibs serves approx 7 - 8)
8kgs - 8.90kgs (17 - 20Ibs serves approx 8 - 9)
9kgs - 9.90kgs (20 - 22Ibs serves approx 9 - 10)
For customers who enjoy their Turkey boned & rolled, we recomend that a 5kgs turkey is the smallest bird suitable for boning.

Ordering Dates
Meat and meat products -
Please place your orders by the 8th December for meat and meat products, to be despatched week commencing Monday 11th December. The last day of despatch for meat and meat products will be the 13th December, for delivery to you on Friday 14th December.
Poultry products -
Please place your orders by the 15th December for poultry only to be despatched from week commencing the 17th December. Last day of despatch for poultry only will be Wednesday 19th December for delivery to you on Thursday 20th December.
